How soon can you pay us?
All joking aside, I need to visit your store and measure your space. Once that’s been done–which doesn’t take weeks–maybe in a day or two I’ll be there. Once that’s done and we receive your money in-house, we ship. We can be anywhere in three days. Our installs are scheduled on a Monday; it’s a three-day install, and then we do training. If you’re not happy with the training, I’ll fly in.

How long does it take to get a 360Booth®?
Jay Smithweck visits to measure your space, often within a day or two. Once payment is received, the studio ships and can arrive anywhere in the US in about three days, followed by a three-day install starting on a Monday.
Is training included?
Yes. Training happens at the end of the install, and Jay Smithweck says he’ll fly back in if you’re not happy with it.
