What kind of truck will the studio arrive in?

We ship 360Booth® all over the world. For that reason, the pallet has to be incredibly durable. For one, it’s 12 feet long, four feet wide. When it is fully installed on the pallet, it’s 1800 pounds.

What kind of truck typically shows up? A semi-truck with a 40-foot container. That’s why we require a forklift. The reason we want a forklift is that we don’t want anybody hurt, pushing it around. So a forklift is absolutely required.

There are some cases where new construction can’t get the truck there. There are some other things. Just call us, and I’ll walk you through every scenario.

What kind of truck shows up to a 360Booth® delivery? A semi-truck, typically a 40 footer. We will be very clear in our process to make sure you have the sharpest time for delivery so there is no time wasted at your store. Just be clear and transparent with us, and it’s a smooth process.

Why will I need a forklift?

Do you need a forklift? Well, it’s quite obvious. The pallet is 1800 pounds,12 feet long, four feet wide. This is an extremely-built custom pallet that we build and manufacture in Dallas.

You need a forklift so no one gets hurt. You need a forklift so you can lift 1800 pounds to your location and move it.

So, why do you need a forklift? It makes life simple.

Where should I store my studio until install?

Okay, so you’ve purchased a 360Booth®. It’s being installed today, and the question arises, “Where do I store the studio?”

Typically, you put it in the space. More often than not, the studio space that you have for the studio is too small, and my guys have to literally manhandle the pallet outside of the room to another room, so they can start the installation.

The best place to store your studio when it’s delivered, before installation, is close to the studio space but outside the perimeter of the circle.

So. Where do you store your studio? In a dry, warm climate, first of all. Not outside. Next to the space of the install, outside of the studio ring, or diameter.

How long does it take to ship my studio?

How long does it take to ship a 360Booth®? Rather easy in the United States. We use mainstream carriers, and we ship from Dallas, Texas, because we did some thinking initially, and made it centrally located in the United States. It takes three days, anywhere in the United States.

Overseas–Australia, New Zealand, England, South Africa–it takes 30 days. Everything’s taken care of. It’s a super easy process. By the way, overseas? We do the install. No extra fees.

How easy is it to ship in the United States? Simple, easy, three days. No issues.

What's the difference between you and a turntable?

First of all, I can tell you haven’t done your research when you say on the phone, “You’re a turntable. What’s the difference between you and a turntable?”

I’m not a turntable! You push this. It’s that simple.Turntables fail. Electrics fail. Motors fail, and they’re great for a trade show, but not for daily use.

If you already have a turntable, you absolutely need our studio because light is king. You need light. Then you need to harness the power of the light and direct it where you need it on the car. 360Booth® does that with LED lights, dome diffusers, and it’s super easy to push.

Yes, if you have a turntable, you can install 360Booth® around your turntable. We’ve done it over 100 times

How do you replace the light if it goes out?

We nearly have 800 studios now, in six years, installed. That’s thousands of lights. I found two lights on my own–the dealer didn’t even know–that were dim. We replaced those two lights out of thousands.

What typically happens is there is a little box tied to it, which we call a driver, or a ballast, that powers the LED light. If your light goes out, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll troubleshoot that really quickly over the phone. It’s most likely a driver. We’ll just overnight it to you at no cost, as long as it’s within five years.

Give us a call, and we’ll resolve the issue.
