How long does it take to get a 360Booth® studio?

How long does it take to get a 360Booth® studio?

How soon can you pay us?

All joking aside, I need to visit your store and measure your space. Once that’s been done–which doesn’t take weeks–maybe in a day or two I’ll be there. Once that’s done and we receive your money in-house, we ship. We can be anywhere in three days. Our installs are scheduled on a Monday; it’s a three-day install, and then we do training. If you’re not happy with the training, I’ll fly in.

So, how long does it take to get a 360Booth® studio? How long does it take for you to pay us?

Once you receive my money how soon before I can get one installed?

It’s all about the process, isn’t it? When you have money in-house with us, it starts the clock. We quote you initially four to six weeks, but honestly, 70% of our business now is new construction, and that often has a lot of delays. So, we’ve experienced this year and the last year, studios are installed days after money is in house.

For our repeat customers, we will install it within hours if we can get it there quickly enough. Just give us a chance. I’m certain you’ll be thrilled with my visit, our process, your experience with us, and most definitely your 360Booth®.

Do you have anything you can show my architect?

Yes, we can provide a schematic to anyone–architects, contractors, anyone. We simply send you an email from our CRM tool that has a downloadable PDF with the 24, the 26, the 28, and minimum, no-permit-needed electrical.

We deal with contractors all the time. The past three years, probably 70% of our business now is new construction.

To answer your question, yes. Have your architect contact me. Tell him what dealership, and we’ll make sure he has everything possible to give you the best space available.

Can you send me the closest few dealers to my location?

Abso-freaking-lutely! Will I send the closest dealers to you? I won’t give you my list of clients. What are you, crazy? But! Email, text, phone call, smoke signals. I don’t care! Contact us. Tell me your city and state. I’ll give you 20 dealers in your area so you can visit.

We are in Tampa at our studios now, so if you’re a little cold, and you want to visit Tampa, you can spend the day with us. We’ll show you everything about our 360Booth®. We are two minutes out the back gate of Tampa Airport.

So, yes, we will give you references. Ask my competitors. They can’t give you three. I’ll give you 800!

How many dealers use 360Booth®?

How many dealers are using 360Booth®? It grows every week. We are averaging four to five installs. We have been at that pace for the last three years. Currently, we are touching 800 studios.

If you need to know more, I really love what we’re doing on our Facebook page. It’s facebook.com/360Booth®. Click on Photos to view the content we’re generating for at least 800 stores. Remember, we’re installing at least three to four per week on average.

Call us. We can give you anybody that’s using it, hundreds of recommendations. Check out our Facebook page. It is by far the most transparent, organic way to do it. There are videos that I produced, tons of content, and great reviews from top dealers in five countries.

I don’t need flooring. Why should I go with yours?

You do not need to go with our flooring. It’s strictly a recommendation in providing a low-maintenance solution for stores that don’t know what they’re doing. If you want to do epoxy, I personally love epoxy. Just know going in to use a floor that is a white or gray, or something that doesn’t reflect pigment or color back into your room.

We recommend Swisstrax strictly for a low-maintenance option. You don’t need our floor. In fact, it’s not even our floor. We buy it from another company and install it for you just to be a complete, all-inclusive solution.

Is there a manual on how to care for my booth?

Is there a manual for care for 360Booth®? No. We are putting together strong videos to answer all of your questions and hope to have an electronic format where you can view these videos.

Honestly? As long as you wipe down the floor three days a week, there is no oil; there is no grease; there is no daily maintenance; there is no computer; there is nothing that needs daily maintenance. Maybe you can clean down the walls with a clean microfiber cloth and some water. For stubborn stains, I would use rubbing alcohol.

I hope that answers your question. Of course, call, email, text, and we’ll give you all the details on care for the studio.

Is your floor checkered?

No, our floor is not checkered. It’s not our floor. Our studio doesn’t come with a floor.

We do recommend this floor, and it does give the appearance of checkered, but it’s not our floor. We buy it for you and install it for you and strongly recommend, for the maintenance value of everything falling through. Also, look at the pearlescence and see how nice the gray is. It’s very important that your flooring does not reflect a different color back into the room.

So, to answer your question, our floor is not checkered; it’s just the shadow effect the flooring has.

My photographer is not following the presentation you taught us. Is there any way he can have something to help him remember what photo is next in the presentation?

You clicked on this question because you have an existing booth. You lost a photographer, or you just don’t think he’s doing the job.

Contact us. We will retrain them. It’s that simple. We provide support for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty is five years, but in six, seven, eight years you need a new camera. Hit us up. You need some more training. Hit us up.

Right now, we travel so much, we’re pretty much going to be in your area within the next two weeks, and we’ll train them. If you need us to come out sooner, I’m sure we can work something out. Just communicate with us, and we’ll figure it out.

This is 360Booth®, and I thank you for your purchase, and we offer lifetime support.

I have one of your Studios and the photographer is saying it's tough to move.

The good news is that you looked at this question because you have one of our studios. Thank you so much.

The bad news is you got a complaint that someone’s saying it’s hard to push the studio. If that’s the case, give us a call. I’ll answer the phone, and I’ll troubleshoot it.

What we have seen is the wheels, the old wheels. They’re a V-groove, and they ride on the track. The old wheels would start to cup over the track, adding resistance. We’ll just overnight you some wheels. Put them back on. You’re back to three fingers and 30 pounds of pressure.

Be sure. If you hear “Hey Boss, it’s getting easy–excuse me!–hard to push," give us a call. Let me troubleshoot it. It might be your wheels. We’ve only experienced it on booths five and six years old when we were experimenting with wheels.
