Why should you brand your studio? Well, why wouldn’t you? I am dumbfounded when I get in front of principals, and they go, “I don’t like the reflection, and it looks too busy.” Say that again? You don’t like that your logo, that is pronounced in your photos, is drawing attention to your brand?
So, to answer your question, should I use branding? Absolutely.
There are a couple of cases where I would really not do it, where we will do it on the image side automatically. Like here at 360Booth®, we do a lot of stuff in here, so we leave the logos off.
If you have multiple franchises, we will leave the logos off, and on the back screen, with our software, we will edit banners in so it will look sharp.
To answer your question, there is huge value in branding your store. If you don’t like branding your logos or branding your pictures, take the sign down in front of your store.
We can build any size 360Booth®, but we did three sizes–the 24; the slightly larger 26 with two extra lights; a 28. Yes, we build custom studios–30-footers, 35-footers. But! 26 or 28 is all you need.
The size of the booth typically depends on whether you have the space for it. My visit will determine that.
To answer your question, can we customize the booth? Yes. In fact, many parking garages have our booth, and we had to cut it about a foot, to even two feet, and the best news for that is that at this moment, we’re not charging for that.
I have spaces that were already at 24 feet, and our 24-foot wouldn’t fit in there, so we shrunk it six inches so it would fit. So, we have built 23-foot studios. Remember one thing. I’m going to visit your spot and precisely measure, and if it takes customization, I won’t charge you.
Discounts. On day1, I priced this product firm with no negotiating for market share. That strategy has paid off. I have 800 dealers who believe solely that I’m not going to whore this product out, and we are not. There are no NADA specials. There is none of that nonsense. That brings integrity to the pricing, integrity to the product, and integrity from us.
What I will do, though, is everything I can to shave off every amount of dollar I can, but the only way I can do that is to visit your space. Once I visit your space, I’m able to determine how much time it’s going to take to level your floor. At that point, I can save you some money. It’s not going to set the world on fire, but everybody feels like they have to win. I get it. My dealers are winning. They’re selling 20, 25, 30 percent more cars.

Is installation included in the price of the studio? Absolutely. We wanted nothing but a perfect install with our employees, with our insurance, with many umbrellas for all the coverages needed.
We send them from Tampa, FL. They’re at your store for three days. They are the most amazing individuals possible.
So yes, installation is included in the price. There is no “I gotchas!”
So your question is, “Can I have my sign guy do this for the logos on the wall?”
Absolutely. It’s not a profit center for us, but what we wanted to do is add some value to our studio and do it right the first time.
There are a lot of things going on here. Is it sized properly? Is it too short? Is it too tall? How big? How tall? It’s important. Then, we cut out all non-essential vinyl. It’s not a bumper sticker. We don’t want it to look like a bumper sticker. We use 3M film, and then we put a layer of non-reflective film over it.

So here’s our logo at the studio on the side. When I get closer, you can see that we’ve cut out all non-essential vinyl in the logo itself, and then we put a non-reflective layer so you don’t see a giant bumper sticker.

All joking aside, I need to visit your store and measure your space. Once that’s been done–which doesn’t take weeks–maybe in a day or two I’ll be there. Once that’s done and we receive your money in-house, we ship. We can be anywhere in three days. Our installs are scheduled on a Monday; it’s a three-day install, and then we do training. If you’re not happy with the training, I’ll fly in.
So, how long does it take to get a 360Booth® studio? How long does it take for you to pay us?
It’s all about the process, isn’t it? When you have money in-house with us, it starts the clock. We quote you initially four to six weeks, but honestly, 70% of our business now is new construction, and that often has a lot of delays. So, we’ve experienced this year and the last year, studios are installed days after money is in house.

Yes, we can provide a schematic to anyone–architects, contractors, anyone. We simply send you an email from our CRM tool that has a downloadable PDF with the 24, the 26, the 28, and minimum, no-permit-needed electrical.
We deal with contractors all the time. The past three years, probably 70% of our business now is new construction.
To answer your question, yes. Have your architect contact me. Tell him what dealership, and we’ll make sure he has everything possible to give you the best space available.
Abso-freaking-lutely! Will I send the closest dealers to you? I won’t give you my list of clients. What are you, crazy? But! Email, text, phone call, smoke signals. I don’t care! Contact us. Tell me your city and state. I’ll give you 20 dealers in your area so you can visit.
