Warranty questions. It’s simple. The warranty is for five years, everything included. If you don’t break the studio, and something we put in your property fails, we will overnight you the part.
What has failed? We’ve had a driver that’s on the light? We overnight the driver. We’ve had a handful of wheels in the early booths fail. We overnighted a set of wheels. A well breaks, and I’ll replace it for five years.
Now, if you break something, I can help you fix it. There may be a fee included. Call us and let us know. The warranty is as strong as death. I won’t let you fail. My team won’t let you fail. Give us a call.
Okay, you’re ready to purchase 360Booth®. How do I set up a schedule with you, Jay, to come see my store and visit my team?
It’s super easy. Go to 360Booth®.com, click on More Information, and I’ll send you all the pricing and option details. Most importantly, I’ll send you the minimum space requirements so you fully understand in the PDF what size studios I produce and what length, width and height of the room I need. I’ll call you immediately. You’ll be shocked at how quickly that happens. Then I’m going to ask you questions and answer any basic questions you have, and I’ll come and see you.
I will ask for one step from you. Please take a cellphone photo of the overall space, with length of the space, width, and height. That’ll basically allow me to know that you’re serious and in it to win it. That’s the only thing I need to come visit you. It’s absolutely free, no obligation.
The reason for that is that I needed to put a process in place so I knew I was doing the right thing to provide you with the information, but secondly, I weed out the weak.
Last week, during my travels, I did not follow my own process. It was a dealer from Louisiana. ”Jay-Jay, we’re ready to go! Come on, come on, come on!”
I jumped on a plane on my back to Tampa, went to New Orleans, drove 45 minutes. I get to the space. The GM kindly walks me to the parking lot and points to a light pole and says, “Jay, it can go there.”
(shoots self in face pantomime)
That’s what happens when you don’t follow your own process. He never looked at any of the literature I sent. He thought we built a building. We don’t build buildings. That’s up to you. I don’t want to be involved in that.
Go to 360Booth® and click on More Information. I will schedule a visit with you quickly and give you everything you need to know without any obligation.
You’re looking at 360Booth®, and you’re concerned about maintenance. There is none. The V-groove, precision-grooved wheels need no oiling. The track needs no lubrication. The LED lights last 50,000 hours. I’ve warrantied the entire structure for five years. If anything fails, we’ll replace it.
For daily maintenance, especially if you have Swisstrax, I would love for you guys, for a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, wipe it down with some clean water and a mop.
For your stubborn stains–and we didn’t clean our booth purposely so you could see the tracks in it, see the tracks? A little degreaser and a deck brush does the job. All you simply do is spray down your degreaser and give it some elbow grease.
We can send you a very detailed email list of equipment needed and a video on how it’s done. Just give us an email.
Yes, we would love your concrete to be level, but the reality is that I’ve walked over 2,000 spots, and maybe two studios were on level concrete. The great news is that more and more contractors and new dealerships are getting level concrete because they’re asking for our specs. If you ever need it, give us an email, Jay@360Booth®.com.
As far as the concrete level, if you have a 30-35 foot run, and it’s greater than a slope of three inches, we’re going to have to dream something up; but if it’s less than two or three inches, we can shim it level, and the installation goes smooth.
Yes, we need your concrete level, but we can correct it if it needs some leveling.
One of the questions we get all the time, and unfortunately, I wish I did a better job of marketing it, is that the studio can be broken down and moved.
To answer your question, yes. Absolutely. We probably move 40 a year on average. The studio can be dismantled and reassembled in a new or redesigned location or existing one, but there is a fee. Just contact us, and I’ll explain.
In this video, I’d like to explain what happens. We fly in and install it to your location on a Monday to break down the studio. Now, it looks easy, but don’t be fooled. The plastic cannot–or the studio cannot–be dismantled without the plastic being totally broken off the steel. That includes breaking all the plastic off and removing all the adhesive. That takes anywhere from six to eight hours to dismantle it, clean it up, break it down, and put it in the back of the U-Haul. Then we take it to the next location that same night. The very next morning, Tuesday, we start reassembling it. That’s three days or 30 hours, whichever way you want to look at it.
That’s a four-day process. When we’re done, you will have a brand new booth.
We clean the steel, replace with brand new adhesive, brand new plastic. We caulk all the seams. We add a brand new cloth top because, believe it or not, you’re not getting 24, 26, 28 feet of cloth out of your back dealership without it being filthy. So we add a brand new top, brand new wheels. It’s a brand new booth.
Yes, we can move the studio. We do it 40 times a year, minimum, and it’s easy.
This question is not really common, but can you make your space shorter because, Jay, honestly, I don’t have the 11 minimum feet you’re asking for.
Absolutely. There is so far we’ll go down, I think the shortest studio we’ve made is eight feet. After that, I have way too much integrity to sell you something that just won’t fit. We’ve moved the studios, so in the future–you can never predict the future–if you move your studio and you have the high ceilings, the last thing I want to do is be involved with you taking this seven-foot-tall booth to a large space. So, if you do not have the minimum 11 feet, we absolutely cut out of the top of the studio.
If you haven’t heard, I visit everyone’s location prior to taking anyone’s money. That’s at zero obligation, no money for travel, nothing. It’s on my dime. I want to make sure you’re fully engaged in the process; you fully understand what we’re doing; the concept of the studio; the five-year warranty, and more importantly, I bring lasers to measure your space, to see what has to be done on the studio space we select.
360Booth® would have 10,000 studios installed if there wasn’t an issue for space. We do need a minimum of 30 feet of length and two feet larger than the width of the studio, and the question is, “If I put my studio close to my detail bay, one, can you, and will it get hurt?”
No, it will not, and yes, you can put it close to your detail bay. The walls are plastic. The steel is powder coated. The cloth top is really the only issue. You don’t want a lot of moisture to get near it.
I’m going to do a little close up, pour some water on the studio and show you that it’s no issue.
All right, here I am. I am going to use my demonstration with water again. As you can see, the back of the studio is all steel, powder-coated, and the walls are plastic. I’m going to pour some water on it, and you can clearly see that nothing’s happening. It’s very durable.
Yes, you can put your wash bay next to the studio. I would be cautious to keep it off the cloth top so we don’t have any stains.
Okay, you’ve seen our specs. You’ve done your research. You heard we make three sizes, standard 24, 26, 28. We’ve built them bigger, and we’ve built them smaller. We’ve made them ten feet and even shorter, but your question is, “Does it cost more if I have to customize the studio for you?”
No. Let me visit your space. If you haven’t heard, I visit everyone’s space without obligation. In six years, I’ve never asked for a check. Let me make some measurements at your space. Let me make some recommendations, and let’s see what we have to do. The
To answer your question, we get there. If we need to make it shorter, or a little bigger, or smaller to fit your space, that’s no cost to you.
Your question is a great one, and I’d love to be involved in any new and fresh ideas in and outside of the auto industry as far as building bigger or smaller studios.
Your question is, “Jay, I’ve seen your spec. You have a 24, a 26, a 28. I heard you built a 30, 35,…” and you’re 100% correct. I’ve even built 31’s. I’ve built them smaller–24, 17–for industries out of the car business. Motorcycle, for instance.
To answer your question, absolutely. I would love to be involved in the next latest and greatest ideas as far as photo studios, whether it be in or out of the auto industry.
You’re looking at a 360Booth®, and you’re in Canada, New York, Idaho, and you have in-ground heating. Yes, we do put screws through our track to secure it to the concrete, and they go about 2-½” in.
The good news is we can still install the floor. There is just an extra step. We need to know average depth so we know if we have to shorten our screws, and we also need for you to do a radar scan and mark the grid patterns on the floor.
It’s that simple. Yes, we punctured them, but very early on without asking the question. Now, we’re very regimented and detailed to make sure we don’t hit any grid patterns.
