FAQ

Do I own the studio?

A studio you buy is an asset. Rentals and per-VIN fees grow with your volume and never end.

What happens when a motor fails?

Turntables and motorized rigs are failure points. When they stop, photography stops. The 360Booth studio keeps the car stationary, with no powered turntable in the floor. See 1,700+ Studios and Zero Motors.

How long does a complete set take?

Ask for the full VDP set: exterior stills, exterior 360, interior photos and interior 360. A single spin time doesn’t tell you that.

Are the photos real?

A real studio photographs the actual car under controlled light on a real floor. Nothing is cut out and pasted onto a fake background.

Can you show me your filing date?

The 360Booth design was finished in 2012. The patent was filed in 2014 and granted in 2015. Autoexact has photographed dealer inventory since June 1997. Full timeline: Dates Don’t Lie.
