Yes, if we put one of our screws into your concrete, there is a ten percent chance that we’re going to hit that. Therefore, we don’t install studios on radiant heat unless you give us the average depth of where those pipes might be (your contractor will provide that), and you have the space radared so we know where the grid patterns are.
Yes, five years ago, we did hit one. We didn’t know to ask, quite honestly. But now we have many emails and, many documents that ask you multiple times about in-floor heating.
